Our home is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 30 years of experience in clinical settings, including Emergency, Critical Care, and Nursing Leadership.

We believe in transparency and accountability. ABBA Spring of Life Elderly Care is a licensed and trusted Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) through the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division.

We are guided by the highest standards of safety and care, strictly adhering to all regulations as stated in Title 22 and the Health and Safety Codes.
